How to get planning permission in Crowborough.

 

 

This is the man that is chairman of the Crowborough Partnership that has Crowborough Town Council as one of its main members and operates from the Town Hall.

This is the man who wants to demolish his house and build lots of new houses in its place and make lots of money.
This is the man that needs the Town Councils approval for his planing application .
This is the man that put his application in under a company name rather than his own although he still owns the property and lives there.
This is a man that is taking the piss.

This is the man who is an unelected member of the council who is also a senior member of Crowborough Partnership which operates from the Town Hall.
This is the man who is a member and vice chairman of the Town Council on the Planning Committee
that makes decisions on planning applications in the town.
This is the man that knows the other man and his address.
This is the man that failed to declare an interest last time when the planning application from the other man was being considered by the town council.
This is the man that should have declared an interest and had no part in any decision over the planning application for the other man.
This is a man that is taking the piss.

This is the supposedly free press that published an article about the planning application of man 1
seemingly indicating that there is now no objections to man 1s planning application .
This is the supposedly free press that is trying to influence Wealden Council by publishing an article
biased towards man 1.
This is the supposedly free press that is subverting the democratic process with the help of man 1 and man 2.
This is the supposedly free press that is partisan and biased towards Crowborough Partnership and man 1.
This is the supposedly free press that is taking the piss.



This is an absolute disgrace.

George Moss fails to declare an interest in meeting?

Oh dear it looks like George Moss failed to declare an interest during the planning and development meeting 12th March 2012 when planning application WD/2012/0206/F was discussed.

The application concerned ..

"DEMOLITION OF EXISTING PROPERTY 'CRANSTAL' AND THE ERECTION OF 8 NO. RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS AND GARAGE/PARKING COMPRISING: 2 NO. 2-BED HOUSES, 1 NO. 3-BED HOUSE AND 5 NO. 5-BED HOUSES, AND FORMATION OF NEW ACCESS ROAD AND CLOSING UP OF EXISTING VEHICULAR ACCESS POINTS."

The minutes clearly show that no interests were declared even though Moss knows the applicant and would be familiar with the address.The property "Cranstal" is none other than the house of  Mr Dudley Hutchings who happens to be the chairman of Mr Moss's Crowborough Partnership organisation that has its address as the town hall address.

Luckily a member of the public objected as did a ESCC councillor and the application was subsequently withdrawn but the fact remains that Moss failed to declare he knew the applicant and Hutchings was as bad in trying to sneak the application through a committee that had his mate and fellow partnership colleague as chairman.

I should make it clear that ex co opted councillor and Crowborough Partnership Member Clive Wilson and his wife who is a local councillor objected to this development which smacks of nimbyism of the highest order given that Clive seems to want to build over all  of Crowborough.

In addition to Peter Cowie we are able to publish two other individuals that have commited crimes against democracy and transparency.
Both of these individuals like Peter Cowie are also deluded in thinking they are councillors despite the fact that not one person has voted for them.
We now have the complete gang of Cowie,Moss and  Timms or dumb ,dumber and even dumber acting well beyond their remit and way beyond what is right and proper by holding secret unminuted meetings with property developers .
It appears that Neil Waller raised this at the last council meeting but Cowie,Moss and Timms refused to respond and instead trotting out some load of old crap about nothing relevant at all in reply.
So we have councillors secretly meeting with companies who want to build houses over vast swathes of the town despite the slight problem of the housing market flat lining locally and nationally.The  fact that these meetings are occurring in private and unminuted would indicate that these three are up to no good and are at the very least bringing the council into disrepute which is no easy task .Developers cosying up to councillors in secret is something you might see in a corrupt banana republic but to the residents of this town it will be seen as unacceptable and those involved should resign or face the consequences.
