The modern police in action.
Traffic cop Roderick Lund arrested outside his own home over a parking row.
The 40-year-old Preston man was arrested by Lancashire Constabulary pals unlawfully but received £5k in an out of court settlement.
The video shows the build up to Mr Lund's arrest.
Is it any wonder why the Police have lost the confidence of the public when a jumped up cunt in a uniform can arrest someone for parking outside his own house perfectly legally.The jumped up cunt in question is Inspector Dave Vickers if anyone is interested.

Charities being ripped off to the tune of £700 per tonne of donated goods.
Another day and another "charity bag" through the door this time for the Blind Childrens Charity.
Reading the small print it states that the bag isnt from the Blind Childrens Charity at all but an organisation called care2collect that kindly donate £50 per tonne to the Blind Childrens Charity.
Check the small print on all the bags that come from charities that dont have charity shops and you will see companies offering the same deal of £50 per tonne of clothes being offered to charities.ClothesAid and Cohens are just 2 other commercial companies issuing "charity bags" for various charities.
Most people think that care2collect,clothesaid etc are primarily making money for good causes and donate accordingly because it helps charity .Or does it?.
If I tell you that the going rate for cloth "rags" is £750 per tonne you will see that these companies are making a mint by using the good name (or not so good name in the case of the NSPCC) of charities .They are making £700 per tonne and giving a charity a minimal amount.
In my mind care2collect,clothesaid and cohens are only just above the dodgy eastern europeans that nick the bags from the doorstep and pocket the whole £750 per tonne themselves.
So the next time you have a charity bag come through the door read it carefully and if its from a company that just donates £50 per tonne to charity my advice would be to give them nothing.
Instead give your donations to a charity that has charity shops where they sell the goods and benefit 100% from the value of the donated goods.If you however want to contribute towards Mr Clothesaid or Mr care2collects new Porsche or BMW then carry on but dont say you wasnt aware that you are lining peoples pockets not the charities.
Given time I am going to publish the details of the good,bad and ugly organisations trying to get hold of your valuable cast offs.

"specialises in collecting, sorting and selling into overseas markets the clothing that is deposited in textile recycling banks"
Their registered address seems to be an insolvency practitioner in Manchester.

At the top of this article you will see one of the Directors of I and G Cohens receiving an export award from Blears to recognise the huge amount of business and money they have made from acquiring textiles on the false pretence of giving money to charity.
Please consider these facts when donating items and donate them direct to the charity shop of your choice.
According to their own website they collect 300 tonnes of secondhand clothing a week which by my calculations is £225,000 into their coffers every week.
Dont let them get away with it and donate nothing to these scam artists.

Murder in Robertsbridge-Police response underwhelming.
Police investigating the murder of farmer Julian Gardner say he had contacted officers on two previous occasions.
The 52-year-old was found by his business partner at Bush Barn Farm at Robertsbridge, East Sussex on Monday morning.
It is thought the burglars may have been trying to steal one of the many off-road vehicles awaiting repair which were parked in the grounds.
Officers say there were two previous incidents where Mr Gardner had called police to his farm.

So the fact is that like Tony Martin this man was plagued by crim scum and the Police done the square root of fuck all to help and protect this man and his property.In the end the poor man tried to deal with the criminals himself and he was run over and killed.The crim scum are to blame but Sussex Police also have blood on their hands by concentrating their resouces on promoting gay sex and cracking down on non crimes like speeding whilst letting real crims literally get away with murder.
The Police are supposed to protect and serve the community-if they cannot do that then what exactly is their purpose beyond collecting illegal fines for non crimes.
My only hope is that Sussex Police will now dedicate as much resource to finding the murderers of Mr Gardener as they seem to be able to find in order to harrass the motorists of Sussex on a daily basis.
This comment came from a member of the public who sums it up perfectly by saying.
"Listening to the stumbling drivel issued by DCI Adam Hibbert, I begin to understand why we have nasty anonymous, neighbour reporting schemes in Sussex. The underwhelming quality of local police is frightening to behold."

Chop Chop the Council.
A PIECE of Crowborough's history has been axed by "mistake"A tree on Chapel Green, planted in 1935 to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of King George V and Queen Mary, was felled last month, but no-one at the town council will admit giving the order.
The council are really in shit now but true to form the spineless pricks are in reverse faster than an Italian tank.No one is going to fess up to authorising this tree to be chopped down although obviously contractors wouldnt have done it without someones say so because they wouldnt have got paid.
Just contrast the situation if it was a member of the public that had cut down a tree without the say so of the stasi inspired "tree officer".I guess you would be in front of the beak in pretty sharp order .
Someone knows who gave the go ahead for this vandalism and should speak up so the person concerned is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.The councillors sticking their head in the sand in the hope that the "a big boy did it and run away" excuse will actually wash with Crowborough residents is not a very dignified site is it.
The only councillor (non elected) that has stood up and admitted they have cocked up bigtime is our very own personal favourite Clive (Dunn) Wilson.If Clives umbrage is sincere then I applaud him but he needs to go further and investigate the matter and name names.The Mayor has promised an investigation but confidence in a woman who fiddled the voting system to enable her to continue as mayor for another year is not high.
My guess is it will go very quiet while this non existent investigation goes on and the matter will be quietly dropped.In the words of Shaw Taylor residents need to keep em peeled.If anyone knows anything then drop me a line by email (in confidence)alternatively post an anon comment on here.Any e mails once read are deleted .
Finally I would just like to point out that the council dont actually own the green or the trees on it-they belong to the people of Crowborough and therefore the shittyy little council should keep their dirty little hands off our property unless we give them permission to act on our behalf.
