Crowborough Town Council-in progressive decline.

Crowborough Town Council is a progressive, well managed Quality Council serving a population of over 20,000, and having a budget of £1.3m located in East Sussex on its border with Kent.

This is a quote from the Town councils own webpage.

After you have all finished laughing I would be interested to know their definition of progressive because I have always thought of it as a socialist expression.

If you look it up however one of definition states "continuing by successive steps a progressive decline" which describes perfectly the state of the town centre and also the state of "democracy" in the town.
